The small-leaved forests of the north of Novosibirsk region are investigated. The comparative analysis of structure and floristic composition of the communities with fire marks and without it is carried out. 167 species of higher vascular plants (45 % from flora) are a part of both partial florae. The greatest number species of the partial flora of the burned forests  – 250 differs, from them 83 look are noted only in them. In partial flora of not burned forests  – 205 types specific – 39. Periodic local fires poorly change structure and floristic composition. Local fires on the limited areas have no catastrophic consequences.
