Research results of zooplankton of the three brackish lakes Beloye, Arzhaan and Kisloe located in the steppe part of Turan–Uyuk basin (Republik of Tuva) are presented. Beloye-lake has been a specially projected in 2007 year and has a status of the natural monument. Information about zooplankton from Arzhaan and Kisloye have been published for the first time. In taxonomic composition most of all are Cladocera (67%), they also form the basis of the number and biomass. In reservoirs are the habitat the rare species for Russia from Cladocera-group - Macrothris tabrizensis, Alona rustica, Tretocephala ambigua. From hole species D.magna is the main mass, which remains dominant in Beloye lake many years. The main factors for composition and development are the instability of hydrological and hydro chemical regimes. Changes it the structure for zooplankton communities foe consequences of anthropogenic impact in 2013-2014 yy. In Kisloye lake was traced classical dependence of zooplankton from mineralization level.
