Abstract

We studied of accumulation of Fe(III) to components of Elodea canadensis by ion chromatography, ion-measurement and spectrophotometry methods. We determined that concentration Fe(III) was decreased during first day from 2.5 to 0.3 mg/l. Concentrations of some anions were increased: Cl- from 1.7 to 5 mg/l, SO42- from 9.6 to 11.4 mg/l. The maximum concentration factor was calculated, CF = 2.8 g/kg dried wet. We determined that transportation of metal can be between components of system and between parts of biomass (exchangeable – adsorption layer – biomass of plant).
