MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF ELECTRIC AND THERMAL FIELDS AT INDIRECT RESISTANCE WELDING

Abstract


A mathematical model of electric and thermal processes at indirect resistance welding has been developed and realized. The picture of current density during welding is shown in the parts and also in transitive contact. The influence of some factors on density current distribution and also the value of bottom part profusion during welding was established.
