THE HYDROIMPACT CAVITATION DEVICE

Ivan Mesheryakov, Alexander Anushenkov

Abstract

Structural features of the proposed hydropercussion-cavitation devices are considered. Influence of clearance between rotor and stator on characteristics of the device is analyzed. Parameters of the effective functioning of device depending on sizes of clearance are installed. Cross-sectional shapes of stator and rotor are studied. Basic parameters affecting the efficient operation of device are identified. Classification of the basic processes implemented in device is proposed. As an example of application device is presented technological complex for intensification of dressing, dephosphorization and desulphurization of ores. Multifunctional laboratory installation based on developed device is presented.  Perspective directions of application device in the industry are formulated.
