STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION DESIGN SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR «SYSTEM ON A CHIP» CIRCUITS BASED ON SUBJECT-ORIENTED ONTHOLOGIES

Oleg V. Drozd, Denis V. Kapulin

Abstract

This article discusses the design stages and transferring into manufacturing of microelectronic products based on integrated circuits «System on a chip». The proposed structure of the Product Data Management (PDM) system, which is a key element of Integrated Information Environment that meets the requirements of microelectronic manufacturing. Analysis and design of the PDM-system’s proposed structure are made using the provisions of the subject-oriented ontology. Formed requirements for the composition and content of the documents included in the information support of automated process control systems microelectronic production lifecycle, which has a hierarchical structure. Results of the study can be used in the development of the architecture circuits «System on a chip» product data management electronic system to integrate all stages of the life cycle and the organization of Integrated Information Environment of the design or design and production organizations.
