Examined the identification problem radio frequency (RF)  of functioning of radio monitoring of objects for the operational and objectively of identifying such causal RF-of relations between radio electronic facilities (REF) and the medium, by which would have to determine whether a conflict of application REF based on the formation mechanism and identifying of single radio frequency relationship.
