Abstract
The use of fuzzy neural networks in problems of self-adaptive automatic control systems (ACS). Neural networks are well suited to meet the challenges of self-adaptation algorithms of functioning of ACS, but very uncomfortable to explain how they make changes to these algorithms. Fuzzy system, by contrast, are good for explanations received with their help the conclusions, but they cannot automatically change the functioning of the ACS algorithm we consider in this paper
