TECHNOLOGY FOR CLEANING THERMAL POWER PLANT HEATING SURFACES AND DEVELOPMENT OF FACILITIES FOR ITS INSTANTIATION

Abstract


One has considered a method of water decontamination of thermal power plant heating surfaces in the process of slag-forming fuel burning, revealed the consequences of ash and slag formation, their influence on the boiler unit operation and methods of elimination. Steam and water blasting is main and the most common cleaning method.

Despite the large number of developed domestic devices, the most of designs have a number of parameters requiring their technical level improving. In order to improve the technical level of produced devices, JSC «Krasnoyarsk machine-building plant» conducts a study of their design flaws based on comments and suggestions of operation organizations. Carried out studies let do to find out main design parameters formulating reliability and efficiency effect of long-range water decontamination. The parameters are determined that allow to minimize the mass, dimensions and energy consumption of the blower.

           As a result of carried out work, a new updated long-range water blowing device was developed. The new updated device in terms of technical specifications is highly competitive with foreign SMART CANNON blower by Clyde-Bergemann. In the process of work, calculations were made and influence dependency of the nozzle device design and pressure on the jet formation were determined. The new device is import-substituting product, in the design of which materials and devices of domestic production are used.
