The study reviews pricing models on housing market of Moscow city that includes factors of education quality provided in local schools; as well as attempts to estimate the impact of education quality on prices of apartments. The paper reveals significant relationship between apartment prices and quality of education provided in schools assigned to apartment houses. Availability of private school significantly affects the price of apartments.
