Possibilities of municipal methodical service as subject of a threefold network of the self-training organization of additional professional education of university for the purpose of development of professional competencies of managers and pedagogical workers of a municipal education system are considered. The model of a threefold network of the network self-training organization of additional professional education of the higher school and model of municipal methodical service are described.
