Dynamics of professional interest of young teachers as a basis for professional development

Abstract
The article describes the results of the All-Russian Research for adaptation, consolidation and professional development of young teachers. The concept of professional interest, its understanding and application to teachers with work experience from 0 to 3 years, learning opportunities and professional interest of its dynamics are discussed. The research attempts to explore the dynamics of interest depending on the work experience, the deatures of the educational institutions, and the regional education system and education policy regarding to the whole Russian Federation, and to every region.Data obtained as a result of careful consideration of the dynamics of professional interest, depending on various factors, may allow to forecast the direction of professional development for various groups of young teachers.
