The paper considers principles of criteria and indicators development for assessment of state youth policy performance at the level of Federal Subject of the Russian Federation. Groups of the qualitative and quantitative criteria are substantiated to fulfill monitoring of institutions integration into youth policy. Quantitative criteria are recommended to be split into two groups: intensive and extensive. Additional mechanisms ensuring the maximum possible support and adaptation of youth policy are proposed to be introduced in the territory of Federal Subject.
