Quality of life in Krasnoyarsk Krai and a problem of formation of the human capital

Abstract


The article generalizes the existing approaches to an assessment of quality of life as objective characteristic of living conditions of the population and specifies the set of socio-economic indexes of an assessment of quality of life which calculation is based on data of official statistics. Proceeding from the fact that human capital of Krasnoyarsk Krai, as well as other regions of Siberia, is mainly caused by migration, the analysis of quality of life of the population of the region in comparison with Siberian Federal District and Russia in general is submitted for the purpose of specification of aspects of migratory outflow and inflow of the population. Results of research can be used for development of the system of monitoring of migratory processes in the region for increase of rationality of the decisions on development of the human capital of Siberian regions made by regional authorities.
