The article deals with theoretical approaches to the analysis of innovation in literature and substantiated the idea that the most important aspects of the newness are emotional community, projective model and sensitivity. Options for a new interpretation in modern Russian literature, reviewed by the example of the literary-critical articles A. Narinsky and G. Dashevsky.
