PERCEPTION OF THE CONTEMPORARY RUSSIAN LITERATURE IN THE CHINESE CRITICISM AS IT EXEMPLIFIED BY THE WORKS OF THE SIBERIAN WRITERS V.P. ASTAFIEV AND V.G. RASPUTIN
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study and perception of works of Viktor Astafiev and Valentin Rasputin in China. The first part describes a brief excursion into the history of the translation and study of Russian literature in China. The following is a brief overview of Chinese critical works period 1980-2000. The main aspects of the creation of the Siberian writers attracting the attention of Chinese researchers are revealed. The basic position of criticism, literary criticism and new trends are considered. There is creative interaction of Chinese writers with Viktor Astafev and Valentin Rasputin and their ideological closeness of art in the article. The below material analysis allows to make the conclusion concerning the relevance for Chinese readers to the problems posed by Russian writers and the increased attention of Chinese literary critics to their creative works. The creativity of Siberian writers helps Chinese readers to understand the Russian culture and the Russian mentality more deeply.
