Regional trade as a development factor food market areas

Abstract


The paper gives the analysis of the state of the food products sphere of trade in Russia. It estimates the food retail trade in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Development trends of network trade of FMCG format in the regional market are revealed. The cost structure of a minimum set of food products was estimated. Also was studied the influence of the sanctions policy on the formation of the retail food market. The role of trade in the process of market entities adaptation to the conditions of sanctions is shown. Data on the dynamics of the assortment and prices of the enterprises of network trade on food products are given. The research results of new interaction technologies of producers with trading networks, including technologies of "Own trade mark" are shown. The role of network trading in forming the competitive conditions of the food market is generalized.
