Approaches to the study of human capital in the context of a set of socio-economic and socio-cultural factors on the example of the region Yenisei Siberia

Abstract


The preliminary results of an interdisciplinary study of the basic socio-economic and socio-cultural factors necessary for a correct and comprehensive assessment of human capital at the level of individual territories of the macro region Yenisei Siberia are presented. The parameters of socio-economic and socio-cultural development for individual territories of the macro-region Yenisei Siberia were analyzed using the methods of index and statistical evaluation. Estimates of the significance of the effects of the diversity of society in the context of inter-regional comparisons and dynamic changes are made. A comparison of the results obtained at different levels of the hierarchy. The considered socio-economic indicators and socio-cultural factors are analyzed from the standpoint of their influence on the level, dynamics and quality of human capital.
