Abstract
This paper shows the matter of competence method and competence in common studying.Within this work, the professional competence of teacher in common and professional competence of physical culture teacher as well as their differences are being marked.The differentiation of the components and structure of professional competence of physical culture teacher is being revealed. The paper gives conditions (objective and subjective, outer and inner) of forming of professional competence of physical culture teacher.
