Abstract

Using the method of spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma (ICP), the content of 20 metals in the dry mass of red and white muscles of roach Rutilus rutilus, bream Abramis brama and pike Esox lucius from the Krasnoyarsk reservoir was determined. The macronutrients K, Ca and Mg mostly accumulated in the white muscle fibers, Na - in the red fibers. Among the 16 metals attributed to microelements, dominant in terms of content in muscles, regardless of the type of fish and type of tissue, were Fe (20.5-177.8 µg/g), Zn (26.7-79.0 µg/d) and Al (15.2-67.2 μg/g). Li (0.01-0.09 µg/g) and Cd (0.01-0.03 µg/g) were characterized by the lowest concentrations. Among trace elements, concentrations of Cu and Fe were significantly higher (p
