Atom-emission analysis setup with one and double-stream kHz frequency plasmatrones as source of light

Abstract
The work results of atom-emission analysis setup with light sources on the base of one and double-stream AC plasmatrones in the argon stream under atmospheric pressure are presented. The comparison of light sources has been demonstrated with analysis of bottom depositions contained more than twenty elements (В 0,01%, Fe 12,15%, Si 7,62%, и Ni 0,42%).
