Development of cogeneration of the Far East

Abstract


In this article the system of heat and power supply on the basis of small and mediumcogeneration, combined heat and power "East" (GTU-CHPP "Vostochnaya" in Vladivostok) and South-Sakhalin CHP-1 (4 and 5 power unit GTU Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk). This cogeneration is created withincapacity building and development of the southern region of the Far East. A description of the basics is givenequipment-General Electric LM6000 gas turbine units installed at GTU-CHPVostochnaya and GTU 4.5 power units of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk CHP-1. Release of thermal energy forthe heating period 2018-2019 year GTU-CHP "East" amounted to 787.5 thousand Gcal. Specificthe consumption of conventional fuel for the supply of electricity was 230 g/kWh, for the supply of heat-121.9kg/Gcal. Release of thermal energy for the heating period 2018 4,5 units of GTU Yuzhno-Sakhalin TPP-1 amounted to 321.59 Gcal, the Specific consumption of conventional fuel for vacationelectricity amounted to 296.1 g / kWh, heat output-124.7 kg/Gcal. Despite the underutilization ofGTU-CHP "Vostochnaya" on electric and thermal energy (volumes of consumption of connectedconsumers less design loads), indicators of consumption of conventional fuel indicateabout efficiency of generating equipment of the gas turbine
