Can the Assessment of Quality of Life to be a Landmark Development in the Region?

Abstract
This article discusses that the institutional conditions are not specified and are not open to the interaction of different social and industrial groups. We revealed the possibility of a multidisciplinary approach in the evaluation of quality of life. The study found that the most representative is the area of relationships. It is not important that include in quality of life it is important what qualities affect behavior. Established that life factors may affect the assessment of the quality of life is not to influence the behavior of the population.
