Abstract
The article presents the results of the research on the formation of the profile of competences of the head of the municipal educational institution using the methodology QPD (Questionnaire Profiles of Demands) and of Computer Aided Personnel Test (CAPTain), which allows you to determine the threshold characteristics of a number of criteria of readiness to perform work.
