POPULAR LITERAUR AS EXPRIMENTAL AREA OF AUTHOR’S STRATEGIES: THE CASE OF ANNA KARENINA
Abstract
the article analyzes the representational authors’ strategies used in modern popular literature. In the situation when Russian culture has lost the conception of “literature centrism”, the analysis of different ways of appropriation of classical texts has become rather actual. The article deals with the phenomenon of “the game” of modern mass culture with classical literature and the connected with it complex of new mythologies. In addition, the article identifies the reasons of frequency appealing to Leo Tolstoy’s novel Anna Karenina. A wide mosaic of modern literary field explains genre polyphony of the dialogue with the classical novel, which has become a specific code of modern mass culture -from the sequel to the remake, from the comics to the fiction novel, from the rash to the postmodern fairy tales, from the cyberpunk to fanfiction (fanfic).
