THE PRODUCTION POTENTIAL OF THE AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF THE SIBERIAN FEDERAL DISTRICT - THE BASIS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE FOOD MARKET OF THE REGION

Abstract


This article analyzes the production of the main types of agricultural products by regions of the Siberian Federal District. In particular, the structure of crop areas of cereals, including wheat, oil-bearing crops, such as sunflower, open ground vegetables, potatoes in farms of all categories by regions of the federal district is analyzed. Separately, analyses the structure of the livestock of cattle, the production of meat, poultry, butter, cheese, milk, eggs, flour and cereals of various species.
Also, studies the production of agricultural products per capita according to the above crop and livestock products, the main trends and patterns in the product balance and structure of production and processing by regions of the Siberian Federal District are revealed.
