INSTITUTIONAL INSTRUMENTS OF REGIONAL INNOVATION POLICY AS MARKERS OF REALISM THE INNOVATION REALIZATION

Abstract
This article examines the institutional instruments of regional innovation policy. The authors, putting forward the hypothesis of the presence of the influence of the level of adequacy and completeness of institutional support for the effective realisation of innovation, are conducting a study on the existing. The study used the approach of counter-verification of the conclusions of the Desk analysis of documents related to the innovation processes of regions and the analysis of the regular public statistics of their innovation sector, which serves as the basis of the findings about the correlation of the innovation process and its normative reflection in the innovative sectors of regional farms. Illustrated and proved that the condition of institutional support of innovation sector can be used as a marker of the quality of the processes of innovative transformation of regional economy.
