The article is devoted to the problem of measuring and evaluating the human capital of the resource macroregion, whose territory is characterized by a high level of socio-economic asymmetry. The results of testing the modified human capital index in the context of an inter-disciplinary approach are presented. Along with statistical data, the study was based on survey data. Population satisfaction with the quality of life is a key indicator of the dynamics of human capital in the long term. Recommendations on the development of information support for territorial policy are presented.
